• Rich, flaky, buttery and studded with fruit, stollen has been a traditional holiday treat in Germany for over 500 years. Massachusetts bakers prepare our authentic Dresden-style version from scratch, carefully hand shaping the yeast dough, soaking the fruit in Caribbean rum and candying the citrus peels. After baking and cooling, the loaf is brushed with melted butter and dusted with cinnamon sugar. It arrives festively packaged, ready for gift-giving or enjoying with coffee or tea.

Receiving Instructions

• Stollen ships fresh at ambient temperature. Upon receipt, store at room temperature for up to 3 months.

Preparation Instructions

• Toaster Oven: Toast slice for 1–2 minutes.
• Microwave: Wrap slice in paper towel and heat for 10 seconds on high.
• Dust warm stollen with powdered sugar before serving.
