• Summer desserts are a cinch when you have our buttery cookie dough on hand. It's made by Sweet Things bakery, a San Francisco Bay Area favorite for more than three decades that specializes in classic American baked goods. All you need to do is slice the dough, bake it and enjoy. This set includes three popular flavors – toasted coconut, key lime and raspberry – in a trio of colors.

RECEIVING INSTRUCTIONS

• Cookie dough ships frozen to arrive chilled.
• Upon receipt, store unopened in refrigerator for up to 1 week or in freezer for up to 5 months.

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

• If dough is frozen, thaw in refrigerator overnight.
• Preheat oven to 350°F.
• Line baking sheets with parchment paper or lightly grease pans to prevent cookies from sticking.
• Slice cookies 1/4" thick. Place slices on prepared pans, leaving 2" between them.
• Rewrap leftover dough and return to refrigerator or freezer.
• Bake for 10 minutes. Check regularly, as oven temperatures may vary. Edges of cookies should be light golden when done.
• Allow cookies to cool before serving.

• Coconut Pinwheel: Sugar cookie dough slice and bake master (unbleached wheat bread flour [wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid], butter [cream, salt], powdered sugar [sugar, cornstarch], powdered vanilla [dextrose, vanilla bean extractives]), coconut puree, coconut.
• Key Lime: Sugar cookie dough slice and bake master (unbleached wheat bread flour [wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid], butter [cream, salt], powdered sugar [sugar, cornstarch], powdered vanilla [dextrose, vanilla bean extractives]), green food color (glycerin, water, beta-carotene, spirulina powder, cultured dextrose [preservative]), key lime zest, Key West lime juice.
• Raspberry: Organic enriched flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), butter, powdered sugar, raspberry puree (red raspberries, cane sugar, fruit pectin, citric acid, ascorbic acid), organic white crystal cane sugar, red food color (glycerin, water, beet color, lycopene, red cabbage), vanilla bean powder.
