• Estate Smoked Sturgeon: This award-winning delicacy is crafted in small batches using premium sturgeon that's seasoned with brown sugar and sea salt, and triple-smoked over applewood until it's moist, firm and smoky. (3 oz./85g)
• Sweet & Hot Smoked Sturgeon: Inspired by Cajun flavors, this award-winning sturgeon is rubbed with light brown and dark brown sugar, zesty smoked chipotle peppers, cracked pepper and olive oil, and smoked to succulent tenderness. (3 oz./85g)

RECEIVING INSTRUCTIONS

• Fish ships frozen with dry ice, which may have evaporated during shipment. This is normal. Please take care not to touch any remaining dry ice with bare hands.
• Upon receipt, store unopened in freezer for up to 6 months. Once opened, store in refrigerator and enjoy within 3 weeks.
