Each decadent treat features two buttery shortbread cookies, a delicious filling and a topping of confectioners' sugar. This flavorful collection includes six varieties that range from dulce de leche caramel and lemon to raspberry and quince.

• Dulce de Leche: Flaky shortbread cookies are filled with sweet caramel ganache.
• Milk Chocolate-Covered Dulce de Leche: Classic dulce de leche cookies are enrobed in rich milk chocolate.
• White Chocolate-Covered Dulce de Leche: Traditional dulce de leche cookies are covered in rich, creamy white chocolate with hints of vanilla.
• Lemon: Buttery shortbread cookies sandwich a bright filling enhanced with lemon juice and lemon zest.
• Raspberry: Flaky shortbread cookies are paired with a tart-sweet filling of fresh berries accented with vanilla.
• Membrillo (Quince): Sweet, creamy filling with subtle floral and fruit notes is sandwiched between buttery shortbread cookies.

RECEIVING INSTRUCTIONS

• Alfajores ship chilled with gel packs.
• Upon receipt, store unopened in refrigerator for up to 2 months. Once opened, enjoy within 14 days.
