• Pizza Crust Mix: This premium crust mix helps you create savory dough that's ready to bake in less than 30 minutes, no rising required. Just add water and vegetable oil – the yeast is included. (12 oz.; makes 2 thin-crust pizzas [12" diam.])
• San Marzano Pizza Sauce: This classic sauce showcases the natural sweetness of vine-ripened San Marzano tomatoes imported from Italy, gently simmered with fresh garlic, basil and Italian extra-virgin olive oil. (1 lb. 2 oz.)
• Pizza Seasoning: Featuring Parmesan, basil, oregano, rosemary and garlic, our custom blend adds vibrant flavor to pizza, pasta and focaccia. (3 oz.)

Receiving Instructions

• Store pizza crust and seasoning unopened at room temperature for up to 18 months.
• Store sauce unopened at room temperature for up to 24 months. Refrigerate after opening.

Pizza Crust Mix

• Pouch 1: Unbleached flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), sugar, sea salt.
• Pouch 2: Yeast.
• Contains wheat/gluten.
• This product is prepared and packaged using machines that may come in contact with eggs, dairy, peanuts, tree nuts (almonds, pecans, walnuts), soy.

San Marzano Pizza Sauce

• Tomatoes (San Marzano tomatoes, tomato puree, calcium chloride, citric acid), extra-virgin olive oil, sea salt, basil, black pepper, citric acid.
• This product is prepared and packaged using machines that may come in contact with wheat/gluten, tree nuts (coconut, pecans, walnuts), fish, sesame, eggs, dairy, peanuts, soy.

Pizza Seasoning

• Dehydrated garlic, Parmesan cheese (milk, salt, cultures, enzymes, disodium phosphate), black pepper, parsley, basil, oregano, rosemary, tomato powder (tomato, silicon dioxide), salt.
• Contains dairy.
• This product is prepared and packaged using machines that may come in contact with eggs, sesame, soy, tree nuts (almonds, coconut, pecans), wheat/gluten, mustard.
