• Our restaurant-quality tagliatelle is crafted exclusively for us by master artisans in Gragnano, Italy, a town famous for dried pasta since the 16th century – and now awarded the prestigious European PGI (Protected Geographical Indication) status. Just south of Mount Vesuvius, the region features conditions that are ideal for producing 100% durum wheat pasta. For authentic Italian flavor and texture, the dough is extruded through bronze dyes to create long, slender pasta ribbons, then slowly dried at low temperatures. This time-honored process creates a rustic, porous pasta that absorbs and holds sauces beautifully.

RECEIVING INSTRUCTIONS

• Pasta ships fresh at ambient temperature.
• Upon receipt, store unopened at room temperature for up to 36 months. Once opened, store in airtight container at room temperature and enjoy within 90 days.

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

• Fill pot with 1 qt. of water.
• Bring water to complete boil, then add salt and pasta.
• Cook pasta according to directions on package.
• Drain and serve with sauce and toppings of your choice.
