Williams Sonoma Hot Chocolate-Layered Brownie, Serves 6-8

We turned the old-fashioned flavors of hot cocoa into the season's most decadent treat – two tiers of classic fudge brownies studded with semisweet chocolate chunks and layered with a creamy filling enhanced with tender mini marshmallows and more semisweet chocolate. The irresistible treat is created by Ambler FitzSimons of Blissful Brownies and handmade in small batches using fresh ingredients like creamery butter, whole eggs and Guittard chocolate. Just slice a piece and enjoy with coffee, tea or a glass of milk.

• One 7" x 4 1/2" x 1 1/2"-thick sheet, ready to cut to desired size.

Receiving Instructions

• The brownies ship fresh at ambient temperature. Upon receipt, store at room temperature for up to 2 weeks, in refrigerator for up to 3 weeks or in freezer for up to 4 months.

Serving Instructions

• Let frozen brownies thaw approx. 30 minutes prior to serving. Let refrigerated brownies come to room temperature before serving. After opening, wrap any leftover portions tightly in cellophane and place in refrigerator.

• Sugar, butter, Guittard semisweet chunks (semisweet chocolate [sugar, chocolate liquor, cocoa butter, dextrose, and soya lecithin]), Guittard chocolate liquor, eggs, flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, [a B vitamin], iron, thiamin mononitrate [vitamin B], riboflavin, [vitamin B2], folic acid [a B vitamin]), cream, hot chocolate (sugar, corn syrup solids, dairy product solids, hydrogenated vegetable oil (coconut and/or palm kernel, and/or soybean), cocoa processed with alkali, less that 2% of salt, cellulose gum, sodium caseinate, dipotassium phosphate, sodium aluminosilicate, mono- and diglycerides, guar gum, artificial flavor, sucralose), mini marshmallows (sugar, corn syrup, modified cornstarch, water, contains less than 2% of gelatin, sodium polyphosphate, natural and artificial flavor, Blue #1).
