RECEIVING INSTRUCTIONS

• Mix ships fresh at ambient temperature.
• Upon receipt, store unopened at room temperature for up to 18 months.

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

Ingredients

• 1 packet muffin mix (included)
• 1 stick plus 2 Tbs. unsalted butter, room temperature
• 2 eggs
• 3/4 cup milk

Directions

• Preheat oven to 325°F.
• Line 12-well muffin pan with paper liners.
• Pour mix in bowl of stand mixer fitted with paddle attachment. Add butter and beat until combined. Add eggs and milk.
• Beat just to combine. Whisk out any dry mix.
• Spoon batter into muffin cups approx. 1/4–1/2 full. Bake for 25–30 minutes, until toothpick inserted in middle of muffin comes out clean. Place on wire rack and allow to cool in pan for 10 minutes.

• Granulated sugar, cultivated dried blueberries, cassava flour, non-GMO cornstarch, coconut flour, nonfat dry milk, potato starch, coconut sugar, pre-gelatinized rice flour, non-GMO baking powder, organic Himalayan pink salt, organic caragum, natural blueberry flavor, ground cinnamon.
