No kneading or rising necessary – just add butter, milk and eggs, then bake in a loaf pan.

Preparation Instructions

Ingredients

• 3/4 cup (180 ml) milk
• 3 eggs
• 8 Tbs. (1 stick/125 g) unsalted butter, melted and cooled
• 1 package quick bread mix (included)

Directions

• Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
• Grease and flour 4-by-8-inch (10-by-20-cm) loaf pan.
• In a bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs and melted butter until combined.
• Add the quick bread mix and whisk just until combined.
• Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
• Bake until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, 50 to 55 minutes.
• Transfer the pan to a wire rack and let cool for 10 minutes, then turn the loaf out onto the rack.
• Serve warm or at room temperature.
• Serves 10–12.
