• Almond Spice: Buttery rich cookies with sliced almonds, ginger, cinnamon and cloves.
• Ginger White Chip: Spiced ginger molasses cookies with white chocolate chips.
• Cranberry Pistachio: Sweet butter cookies with pistachios and dried cranberries.

NET WEIGHT

• 3 lb. total (1 lb. each).
• Set of 3 logs includes 1 of each flavor (Almond Spice, Ginger White Chip and Cranberry Pistachio).
• Each 6 3/4"-long log makes 24 cookies.
• Shipped chilled.

Receiving Instructions

• Dough ships chilled with gel packs to arrive thawed.
• Upon receipt, store in refrigerator for up to 3 days or in freezer for up to 2 months.

Preparation Instructions

• Preheat oven to 350°F.
• Slice each log into 1/4" slices.
• Bake for 11–13 minutes. Check regularly, as temperature may vary in different ovens. Edges of cookies should be lightly browned when done.

• Almond Spice Cookie Dough: Salted butter, unbleached flour (wheat flour, niacin, iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), white rice flour, granulated sugar, sliced almonds, cinnamon, ground ginger, ground cloves, salt.
• Ginger White Chip Cookie Dough: Unbleached flour (wheat flour, niacin, iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), salted butter, white gourmet chips (sugar, sustainably produced palm kernel and palm oils, cocoa butter, nonfat milk, cream, whey, sunflower lecithin, vanilla), molasses, crystallized ginger (ginger, cane sugar), granulated sugar, pure vanilla, cinnamon, ground ginger, allspice.
• Cranberry Pistachio Cookie Dough: Salted butter, unbleached flour (wheat flour, niacin, iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), granulated sugar, white rice flour, dried cranberries, pistachio nuts, salt.
• Contains wheat/gluten, dairy, tree nuts (almonds, pistachios).
• This product is prepared and packaged using machines that may come in contact with peanuts, walnuts, pecans, coconut, soy, sesame.
