Receiving Instructions

• Truffle ships chilled.
• Upon arrival, wrap truffle in dry paper towel, place in airtight container or bag and store in refrigerator.
• Truffles have a short shelf life of up to 5 days. This can be stretched to 10 days if truffle is kept continually cold and wrapped in dry paper towel.
• For best aroma and flavor, consume truffle within 48 hours of receipt.
• Do not allow truffle to touch plastic for extended periods of time as moisture can cause it to deteriorate.
• Keep truffle dry.

Preparation Instructions

• Truffle is best enjoyed at room temperature.
• Remove truffle from refrigerator 2 hours prior to serving and bring to room temperature.
• Use shaver, mandoline or grater to serve.
• Do not heat.

• Winter white truffle (tuber magnatum pico).
