Receiving Instructions

• Mix and butter ship fresh at ambient temperature.
• Upon receipt, store mix at room temperature for up to 18 months.
• Store butter unopened at room temperature for up to 48 months. Once opened, store in refrigerator and enjoy within 6 weeks.

Preparation Instructions

Ingredients

• Pumpkin quick bread mix (included)
• 4 Tbs. (1/2 stick/60g) unsalted butter, melted and cooled
• 1 egg
• 1/2 cup (125ml) water
• Caramel Batter Ingredients
• Caramel quick bread mix (included)
• 4 Tbs. (1/2 stick/60g) unsalted butter, melted and cooled
• 1 egg 1/3 cup (80ml) milk

Directions

• Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease and flour 8" x 4" (10cm x 20cm) loaf pan.
• To make pumpkin quick bread batter, in medium bowl, stir together butter, egg and water until combined. Stir in pumpkin quick bread mix until thoroughly combined.
• Pour batter in prepared pan.
• To make caramel quick bread batter, in medium bowl, stir together butter, egg and milk until combined. Add caramel quick bread mix and stir until thoroughly combined. Pour batter over pumpkin batter in pan. Insert knife vertically into batter and swirl briefly to create marbled look. Bake until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, approx. 55–60 minutes.
• Transfer pan to wire rack and let cool for 10 minutes. Turn loaf out onto rack.
• Serve warm or at room temperature.

Pumpkin Caramel Quick Bread Mix

• All-purpose flour [(bleached (or unbleached) wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid) corn starch], brown sugar (sugar, molasses), sugar, pumpkin, buttermilk (cultured blend of sweet cream churned buttermilk, sweet dairy whey, lactic acid), butterscotch flavor (MWNI), molasses powder, natural vanilla flavor, salt, baking powder, ground cinnamon, baking soda, ground ginger, nutmeg, ground cloves.
• Contains wheat/gluten, dairy, eggs.
• This product is prepared and packaged using machines that may come in contact with wheat/gluten, dairy, eggs, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, sesame.

Caramel Pumpkin Butter

• Pumpkin, cane sugar, brown sugar (sugar, cane syrups), lemon juice concentrate, caramel flavor, vanilla flavor, allspice, cinnamon, cloves, ginger, nutmeg, salt, citric acid.
• Contains dairy.
• This product is prepared and packaged using machines that may come in contact with wheat/gluten, dairy, soy, fish (anchovy), sesame, mustard.
