The chocolate croissants are further enriched with a filling of premium chocolate from renowned Belgian maker Callebaut. Preparation for you is simple: allow the croissants to rise overnight, then bake and enjoy warm from the oven.

Net Weight

• Set of 16 croissants includes 8 classic and 8 chocolate (3 lb. total).
• Set of 30 croissants includes 15 classic and 15 chocolate (5 lb. 10 oz. total).
• Shipped frozen.

Receiving Instructions

• The croissants ship frozen with dry ice. Please take care not to touch the dry ice with bare hands. Upon receipt, remove croissants from the shipping container and store in freezer for up to 6 months.

Preparation Instructions

• Place frozen croissants, rounded side up, on nonstick or parchment-lined baking sheet.
• Cover loosely with sheet of parchment paper.
• Let rise at room temperature (68°F–72°F) for approx. 9 hours or overnight.
• Plain croissants should measure approx. 4 1/2" wide and 2 1/2" high.
• Chocolate croissants should measure approx. 3 1/2" wide and 2 1/2" high.
• Preheat oven to 375°F.
• Remove top parchment paper.
• If desired, lightly beat 1 egg with 1 Tbs. cold water and, using pastry brush, brush croissants with egg wash.
• Bake croissants until golden brown, 15–20 minutes.

• Classic Croissants: Enriched flour (wheat flour, niacin, iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid, enzyme, ascorbic acid [dough conditioner]), butter, water, sugar, yeast, salt, dough conditioner (wheat flour, malted barley flour, ascorbic acid [dough conditioner], enzymes).
• Chocolate Croissants: Enriched flour (wheat flour, niacin, iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid, enzyme, ascorbic acid [dough conditioner]), butter, water, semisweet chocolate (sugar, chocolate liquor, cocoa butter, soy lecithin (added as an emulsifier), whole milk powder, natural vanilla extract), sugar, yeast, salt, dough conditioner blend (wheat flour, malted barley flour, ascorbic acid [dough conditioner], enzymes).
• Contains wheat/gluten, dairy, soy.
• This product is prepared and packaged using machines that may come in contact with eggs, tree nuts (almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts, coconuts, pecans).
