• Inspired by the flavors of summer, these delicious candies are great for dessert platters and gift-giving. The tempting treats were first served at lavish feasts in ancient Greece and were later featured at the 1533 wedding banquet of Catherine de Médicis and the future King Henry II of France. Ours are crafted at a family-owned French confectionery using Fair Trade Certified™ ingredients. Each one showcases a crunchy roasted almond covered in creamy white chocolate – expertly infused with lemon and basil – and enrobed in a thin, crisp sugar shell.
