RECEVING INSTRUCTIONS

• Mix ships fresh at ambient temperature.
• Upon receipt, store unopened at room temperature for up to 12 months.

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

Ingredients

• 1 package quick bread mix (included)
• 8 Tbs. (1 stick/125g) unsalted butter, melted
• 1 cup (250ml) milk
• 2 eggs

Directions

• Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease and flour 8" x 4" (10cm x 20cm) loaf pan.
• In bowl, stir together quick bread mix, butter and milk until combined. Add eggs one at a time, stirring after each one until batter is smooth.
• Pour batter in pan and spread evenly. Bake until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, approx. 50–55 minutes.
• Transfer pan to wire rack and let cool for 10 minutes, then turn loaf out onto rack. Serve warm or at room temperature.
