Sisters Katherine Berman and Sophie LaMontagne began baking cupcakes from their Greek grandmother's leftover cake batter as kids, eventually turning their childhood passion into the wildly popular bakeshop, Georgetown Cupcakes. Made by hand in small batches with premium ingredients like Valrhona and Callebaut chocolate, Madagascar bourbon vanilla and European sweet-cream butter, these legendary confections are now available freshly baked and shipped to your door and include 12 of their most popular flavors.

• Each cupcake measures 2 1/2" diam., 3 1/4" high.
• Shipped frozen to arrive chilled.

• Red Velvet: Georgetown's signature cupcake, a classic red velvet cupcake with vanilla cream cheese frosting topped with a red fondant heart.
• Peanut Butter Fudge: Valrhona chocolate cupcake with a fudge core, topped with peanut butter frosting and fudge star drizzle.
• Lava Fudge: Valrhona chocolate cupcake with rich fudge core, topped with vanilla frosting and fudge star drizzle.
• Salted Caramel: Caramel cupcake with salted caramel-infused buttercream frosting, topped with caramel drizzle.
• Vanilla Birthday: Classic Madagascar vanilla cupcake topped with a traditional sweet vanilla buttercream frosting and rainbow sprinkles.

Receiving Instructions

• The cupcakes are baked in small batches by hand, then frozen and shipped overnight with frozen gel packs. Georgetown Cupcake does not use preservatives, so we recommend enjoying your cupcakes as soon as possible.
• Upon receipt, if not serving immediately, wrap the box with plastic wrap or store the cupcakes in an airtight container and place in the freezer. The cupcakes will keep one week frozen. We do not recommend refrigerating the cupcakes.

Preparation Instructions

• Cupcakes are best enjoyed at room temperature. If frozen, remove cupcakes from freezer approx. 2–3 hours prior to serving.

• Vanilla Birthday: Butter, eggs, sugar, flour, milk, baking powder, salt, vanilla extract, confectioners' sugar, vanilla bean paste.
