• Jan Hogrewe founded her namesake company in her kitchen, making batches of jam using fruit from her backyard fig tree. Today, her handcrafted jams and spreads are found everywhere from family breakfast tables to five-star hotels. She also turns out delicious baked goods, like this flavorful cornbread. Made from scratch using golden cornmeal, sweet corn, butter and buttermilk, the tender loaves are ideal served warm with soup, stew or chili – or added to seasonal stuffing.

RECEIVING INSTRUCTIONS

• Cornbread ships frozen to arrive chilled.
• Upon receipt, store unopened in freezer for up to 3 months or in refrigerator for up to 7 days. Once opened, store in refrigerator and enjoy within 7 days.

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

• Cornbread is best enjoyed warm.
• If frozen, thaw overnight in refrigerator.
• Preheat oven to 325°F. Warm in oven for 10–15 minutes.

• Classic Cornbread: Buttermilk, flour (wheat flour enriched [niacin, reduced iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid], malted barley flour), cornmeal, whole kernel corn, butter (cream, natural flavor), eggs, brown sugar, sugar, baking powder (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, cornstarch, monocalcium phosphate), sea salt, baking soda.
• Contains dairy, eggs, wheat/gluten.
• This product is prepared and packaged using machines that may come in contact with dairy, eggs, tree nuts (almonds), wheat/gluten.
