Billy Howell started the family business in his Louisiana garage in 1994 and today, his signature recipes are enjoyed far and wide. The company uses only freshly caught crawfish from Breaux Bridge, Louisiana – the crawfish capital of the world. The crustaceans are simmered in a rich sauce prepared with a secret blend of vegetables, herbs, spices and plenty of butter. The fully cooked étouffée arrives ready to heat and serve for a satisfying meal in minutes.

Receiving Instructions

• Étouffée ships frozen with dry ice, which may have evaporated during shipment. This is normal. Please take care not to touch any remaining dry ice with bare hands.
• Upon receipt, remove étouffée from shipping container and store in refrigerator for up to 1 week or in freezer for up to 1 year.

Thawing Instructions.

• If frozen, thaw in refrigerator overnight.

Serving Instructions

• On stovetop, bring pot of water to a boil. Reduce heat, place sealed bag in water and simmer for 8–10 minutes or until hot.
• Use caution when cutting bag open – contents will be very hot.
• Serve over fresh, hot rice.
