This sweet-hot condiment combines single-origin regional honey with tangy vinegar and three kinds of Oaxacan chiles – pasilla, chipotle Meco and chipotle Morita – that are smoked to bring out their earthy complexity and moderate heat. Use the honey as a unique accompaniment for cheese platters, add it to meat marinades or drizzle it over fried chicken.

RECEIVING INSTRUCTIONS

• Honey ships fresh at ambient temperature.
• Upon receipt, store unopened at room temperature for up to 24 months.

• Single-origin Oaxacan honey, apple cider vinegar, honey vinegar, Oaxacan smoked chile blend (pasilla Oaxaqueño chiles, chipotle Meco chiles, chipotle Morita chiles).
• This product is prepared and packaged using machines that may come in contact with peanuts, sesame, tree nuts (almonds, pecans).
