This complex, mellow mole features an earthy blend of sun-dried and roasted chiles, aromatic herbs and spices, creamy nuts, and sweet raisins, tomatoes and tomatillos. Accented with Oaxacan chocolate and slow-simmered for six days, the versatile sauce makes a delicious glaze for duck and other poultry. It's also great drizzled over eggs and rice, or mixed into marinades and sauces.

RECEIVING INSTRUCTIONS

• Mole ships fresh at ambient temperature.
• Upon receipt, store at room temperature for up to 24 months. Once opened, store in refrigerator and enjoy within 3 weeks.

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

• Dissolve mole in 1:1 ratio with either water or stock over medium heat.
• Reduce to desired consistency and serve over preferred protein.
