Receiving Instructions

• Store unopened at room temperature for up to 18 months. Once opened, store in refrigerator and enjoy within 6 months.
• Shake before use.

Preparation Instructions

• In large fry pan, sear chicken, pork or vegetables until lightly browned. Add sauce to taste and simmer until chicken, pork or vegetables are cooked through. Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped scallions, if desired.
• This sauce is also great as a dipping sauce for popcorn chicken or fried tofu, or as a glaze for grilled chicken.
• Test Kitchen Tip: For crispy chicken, we recommend tossing every 1 lb. (500g) of diced chicken with 1 1/2 Tbs. of cornstarch before searing.

• Rice wine vinegar (rice vinegar, sugar, salt, water), water, orange juice, rice cooking wine (water, rice, wheat, salt, caramel [alcohol-free]), brown sugar, honey, cornstarch, ginger puree (ginger, citric acid), garlic, canola oil, salt, xanthan gum, red chili flakes.
• Contains wheat/gluten.
