RECEIVING INSTRUCTIONS

• Mushrooms ship fresh at ambient temperature.
• Upon receipt, store unopened at room temperature for up to 36 months. Once opened, enjoy within 24 months.

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

• To reconstitute, place mushrooms in heatproof bowl and cover with boiling water.
• Soak for 6–9 minutes, stirring occasionally.
• Rinse well.
• Note: If using soaking liquid in recipe, discard material that may settle in bottom of bowl.

• Porcini mushrooms.
• This product is prepared and packaged using machines that may come in contact with dairy, sesame, soy, tree nuts (almonds, Brazil nuts, cashews, macadamia nuts, pecans, pistachios, walnuts), wheat/gluten, mustard.
