• Cranberry Relish: Sweet and tart, this bright fruit dish features subtle layers of complex flavor. The ripe cranberries, juicy apples and tangy orange peel are enhanced with a special blend of fragrant spices. (12.5 oz.; approx. 5 servings)
• Caramelized Onion Gravy Base: It's easy to prepare a delicious gravy with our time-saving concentrate. The base features the mild sweetness of caramelized onions balanced by savory garlic, rosemary and thyme. Just blend it with milk, simmer and serve – or use it as the foundation of your own signature gravy or sauce. (1 lb. 1 oz.; makes approx. 8 servings)

Preparation Instructions

• Caramelized Onion Gravy Base: In saucepan, combine one part gravy base with one part milk. Whisk over medium-high heat until mixture comes to a simmer. If desired, whisk in homemade stock, pan drippings or dry sherry to taste. Serve warm.

Cranberry Relish:

• Cranberries, cane sugar, cranberry juice from concentrate, apples, orange peel, orange juice from concentrate, lemon juice from concentrate, ground cinnamon, ground cloves.
• This product is prepared and packaged using machines that may come in contact with dairy, fish, sesame, soy, wheat/gluten, mustard.

Caramelized Onion Gravy Base:

• Water, caramelized onions (onion, natural onion flavoring), cornstarch, onion puree, sugar, roux (flour, butter, salt), sea salt, carrot puree (carrots, water), celery puree, caramelized onion flavor (onion juice concentrate, sugar, sunflower oil), butter, onion powder, caramel color, lactic acid, garlic powder, thyme, yeast extract (salt, autolyzed yeast extract, natural flavor), natural maple flavor, rosemary, black pepper.
• Contains wheat/gluten, dairy.
• This product is prepared and packaged using machines that may come in contact with tree nuts, fish, eggs, peanuts, soy, mustard.
