RECEIVING INSTRUCTIONS

• Salmon ships frozen with dry ice, which may have evaporated during shipment. This is normal. Please take care not to touch any remaining dry ice with bare hands.
• Upon receipt, store unopened salmon in refrigerator for up to 3 days or in freezer for up to 12 months. Once opened, enjoy within 3 days.

THAWING INSTRUCTIONS

• Thaw in refrigerator – at 38°F or below – overnight.

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

• Preheat oven or grill to 275°F. Cook thawed salmon for approx. 20 minutes. Alternatively, sauté in pan with olive oil.
• See cooking instructions on packaging for details.
• When done, salmon should flake easily and color should change from translucent to opaque pink in center.
• Garnish with lemon and herbs, if desired.
• Do not microwave.
