To create a delicious gravy, just combine the starter with the juices from your roasting pan and a cup of your favorite stock.

Receiving Instructions

• Store unopened at room temperature for up to 48 months. Refrigerate after opening and enjoy within 6 weeks.

Preparation Instructions

• Product will naturally separate. Shake before using.
• Skim fat from pan drippings and discard.
• Transfer drippings into saucepan with 1 cup of chicken, beef or vegetable broth.
• Add gravy starter. Stir until smooth.
• Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer uncovered, until gravy reaches desired thickness.
