Key Lime Quick Bread Mix

Receiving Instructions

• Mix ships fresh at ambient temperature.
• Upon receipt, store unopened at room temperature for up to 18 months.

Preparation Instructions

Ingredients

• Quick bread mix (included)
• 8 Tbs. (1 stick/125g) unsalted butter, melted
• 3/4 cup (180ml) milk
• 2 eggs

Directions

• Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease and flour 8" x 4" (20cm x 10cm) loaf pan.
  In bowl, stir together quick bread mix, butter, milk and eggs until combined. Pour batter in pan and spread evenly. Bake until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, 55–60 minutes. Let cool for 10 minutes, then turn loaf out onto rack.
• Serve warm or at room temperature.

Lemon Raspberry Quick Bread Mix

• Quick bread mix (included)
• 3 Tbs. unsalted butter, melted
• 1/3 cup milk
• 1 egg

Raspberry Quick Bread Ingredients

• Quick bread mix (included)
• 3 Tbs. unsalted butter, melted
• 1/3 cup milk
• 1 egg

Directions

• Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour 8" x 4" loaf pan.
  In bowl, whisk together lemon quick bread mix, butter, milk and egg until smooth. Pour in prepared pan and spread evenly.
• In another bowl, whisk together raspberry quick bread mix, butter, milk and egg until smooth. Pour in pan and gently swirl into lemon batter.
• Bake until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, 45–50 minutes.
  Transfer pan to wire rack and let cool for 10 minutes, then turn loaf out onto rack.
• Serve warm or at room temperature.

Meyer Lemon Quick Bread Mix

• 2 eggs
• 8 Tbs. (1 stick/125g) unsalted butter, melted and cooled

Directions

• Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Generously butter 8" x 4" (20cm x 10cm) loaf pan.
  In bowl, whisk together quick bread mix, milk, eggs, and melted butter until well-combined. Pour batter in prepared pan and spread evenly.
• Bake until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, 50–55 minutes.
• Transfer pan to wire rack and let cool for 10 minutes, then turn loaf out onto rack. Serve warm or at room temperature.
