• Togarashi Rub: Bold, umami-rich blend of sesame seeds and wakame seaweed is seasoned with tart lemon, savory spices and mild chili flakes. (2.5 oz./71g)
• Pepper Crust: Combination of Tellicherry black peppercorns, green peppercorns, Muntok white peppercorns and Sichuan peppercorns boasts bold, spicy, floral and tangy notes. (1.75 oz./50g)

Receiving Instructions

• Rubs ship fresh at ambient temperature.
• Upon receipt, store at room temperature for up to 24 months.
