• Happy Birthday Butter Cookies: Crispy butter cookies are made with fine confectioners' sugar, covered in a sugar glaze and decorated with a celebratory message. (2 cookies)
• Linzer Tarts: Spiced almond butter cookies are sandwiched with homemade raspberry jam, lemon curd or apricot marmalade. (8 cookies: 4 raspberry, 2 lemon and 2 apricot)
• Mini Linzer Tarts: Spiced almond butter cookies are sandwiched with homemade raspberry jam. (8 cookies)
• Sprinkled Vanilla-Hazelnut Cookies: Inspired by classic Austrian crescent cookies, these vanilla-hazelnut butter cookies are dunked in dark chocolate and covered in colorful sprinkles. (12 cookies)

Receiving Instructions

• Cookies ship fresh at ambient temperature. Upon receipt, store unopened at room temperature for up to 4 weeks. Alternatively, store unopened in refrigerator for up to 2 months or in freezer for up to 6 months. Once opened, store cookies in airtight container and enjoy within 1 week.

• Flour, almonds, hazelnuts, unsalted butter, sugar, egg yolks, dark chocolate, lemon zest, cinnamon spice, vanilla extract, lemon curd (sugar, whole pasteurized egg, butter, water, concentrated lemon juice, fruit pectin, citric acid, lemon oil), raspberry jam (red raspberries, sugar, pectin), apricot jam (apricots, sugar, pectin), dark chocolate.
