Garden Lattice Four-Layer Lemon Cake

Handcrafted by the expert bakers of We Take the Cake, four moist tiers of lemon sponge cake are layered with lemon cream cheese filling and covered in white buttercream frosting. The dreamy dessert is decorated with green buttercream vines and an edible image of a bunny in a maze of lattice.

Receiving Instructions

• Cake ships frozen with dry ice, which may have evaporated during shipment. This is normal. Please take care not to touch any remaining dry ice with bare hands.
• Upon receipt, remove cake from shipping container and store in freezer for up to 3 months. Alternatively, remove plastic wrap from cake and store in refrigerator for up to 7 days.

Thawing Instructions

• If frozen, remove plastic from cake and thaw in refrigerator overnight.

Serving Instructions

• Cake is best enjoyed at room temperature. Remove from refrigerator approx. 2 hours before serving. To avoid color changes, keep cake in box, out of direct light while bringing to room temperature.
• To serve, run large knife under hot water and dry with towel before every slice.
• Store leftovers in airtight container in refrigerator and enjoy within 3 days.
