• Brisket is a favorite for casual cooks and competitive BBQ chefs alike, ideal for marinating, rubbing with spices and roasting, smoking or slow cooking. Our brisket comes from Washington's Double R Ranch, which is famous for its premium beef – grass-fed and grain-finished for exceptional tenderness and rich, beefy flavor.

Receiving Instructions

• Brisket ships frozen with dry ice, which may have evaporated during shipment. This is normal. Please take care not to touch any remaining dry ice with bare hands.
• Upon receipt, refrigerate or freeze to enjoy at a later date. The brisket keeps refrigerated, up to 5 days, unopened, or up to 3 months frozen.
• If frozen, remove the brisket from the freezer and thaw in the refrigerator for 24 to 48 hours. We recommend placing the brisket on a tray during thawing to catch any juices. For best quality, we do not recommend refreezing the brisket after it has been thawed.
