This is a 1963 pickup truck, one of the earlier models. It’s been upgraded with a freshly built 1310cc motor with about 100hp and a five-speed transmission, making it a great performer on the freeway. The transmission improves the gearing for smoother driving, making it a really nice setup overall.

We also fitted it with our new Holley Sniper EFI system as part of a test for this and other motors. This build was originally for a client, but he’s decided to sell it instead. The story here is pretty straightforward: typically, when we finish a car, the client is happy, takes it home, and enjoys it. But in this case, the process took longer than expected. The client, being new to custom builds, didn’t fully understand that these things can take time, and we ran into a few unexpected challenges along the way. No hard feelings, though—it’s a fantastic truck.
